I felt immediately that I was in safe hands and I made progress very quickly. Great exercises to follow in my own time which helped. Neil then recommended physio sessions at the gym. Excellent workouts and advice at the gym with Muk, have allowed me to continue to make good progress in preparation for the Great North Run.
I was worried that I had done some permanent damage because I was in so much pain, but Neil reassured me that it could be dealt with and he was right. I had limited time because I had a deadline, ½ Marathon, to meet, and fortunately I was able to compete on the day.Sarah Stobbart
